Dear Friend of ARRC:

The Asilomar Reading Conference is an annual conference sponsored by the counties of Santa Cruz, San Benito and Monterey with the goal of supporting literacy in our communities and schools. It is a professional development opportunity for those involved in education to meet and exceed the state standards and expectations in language arts.

We would like to offer the attendees high quality, interesting and valuable exhibits and products, and we are inviting you to participate as an exhibitor. The annual Asilomar Regional Reading Conference will be held February 29, March 1 and 2, 2008 at the Asilomar Conference Grounds in Pacific Grove. The exhibitors will be located in historic Merrill Hall.

In drawing up the conference schedule, special effort has been made to provide those attending ample time for viewing the exhibits. The exhibits will be displayed on Saturday, March 1, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Set-up for the exhibits will be Saturday morning only from 6:30 to 8:30 AM.

Because of the number of companies requesting exhibit space at the conference, space will be limited to two (2) six-foot by two-foot tables per exhibitor at a charge of $150 per table. A reduced charge of $75 will be available for a shared table for small exhibitors. Tables at the exhibit hall will be tastefully decorated with tablecloths. A complimentary lunch per table will be provided and additional lunches will be available for $10 each.

Please return your reservation form as soon as possible so we can plan the layout of the hall according to your needs. Payment for the space is due prior to December 20, 2007. Please mail the reservation form with your check payable to ARRC. Mail to:
